Aurora Resort Villas Welcomes Its First Homeowners

The highly anticipated key collection for Aurora Resort Villas Phase 1 took place from 7 April to 13 May 2025 at the Grand Event Hall, ARV Clubhouse.

Over the course of the event, 215 proud homeowners were warmly welcomed as they received the keys to their new homes. Light refreshments were served to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Buyers were guided through the process by our Customer Service Representatives, who provided detailed briefings and assistance. The event also introduced the CV Connect App — a convenient platform where buyers can submit their defect list and track the rectification progress from their mobile devices.

A photobooth was prepared by the developer for homeowners to commemorate this meaningful moment. After the briefing, buyers proceeded to the Management Office to collect their access cards, followed by a tour of their new homes.
